With my 30 years experience in the highly competitive NYC food scene, I am fluent and capable of cooking within any cuisine style on the planet, with my first love being Italian-Mediterranean. I have just recently married a Canadian and relocated to Toronto, Canada. I'm excited for this new chapter, further honing my creativity and experience in my new home!
